The cultural worker Beat Toniolo was the organizer of the Mendl Festival in Zeitz in 2019. Several events were held with the actor Michael Mendl and other artists at various venues in Zeitz. The concert with reading entitled >A Homage to Music and Song< was recorded in this series of events. The video recording and production took place with 7 cameras in UHD/4K. Big ambitions despite a small budget?

Usually you have to make a choice as these options are mutually exclusive. Naumburg Video- und Multimedia-Produktion is the exception to the rule. The cameras we use are modern models with large, latest-generation 1-inch image sensors of the same type. Excellent image quality is ensured even under difficult lighting conditions. Cameras can be controlled remotely through the use of programmable motor pan-tilts, thus minimizing personnel expenditure, which leads to cost savings.

Parallel video recording with multiple cameras (multi-camera video production)

Multi-camera video production is a main focus of Naumburg Video- und Multimedia-Produktion. We use cameras of the same type. Basically, at least 4K/UHD is recorded. The video material is edited on high-performance computers using professional software. As one of the few video producers, Naumburg Video- und Multimedia-Produktion can produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

Video production of concerts, theater performances, readings ...

The video recording of concerts, theater performances, readings, etc. is of course done with several cameras. The multi-camera video recording makes it possible to record the different areas of the performance from different perspectives. We use cameras that are remote controlled. The cameras are controlled in a variety of ways from just one central point. This reduces manpower and costs because a single person can control multiple cameras.

Video reports for TV, streaming and internet

In this area, too, we can draw on a wealth of experience based on many years of activity. Hundreds of TV contributions and reports were produced and broadcast. The researched topics as well as the locations were very different and varied. The topics ranged from current news and information to cultural and sporting events, social events and much more. Our wealth of experience makes it possible for you to research all conceivable subject areas in order to produce TV reports and video reports.

Video recording of interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc.

Depending on the order, we also use several cameras for the video production of interviews, discussion events, round tables, etc. If the questioner should not be visible in interviews with only one person, two cameras would be sufficient. However, if it is an interview or conversation situation with several people, we naturally rely on the multi-camera method. Depending on whether it is an event with an audience, remote-controlled cameras can also be used here. If interviews, conversations or discussion rounds are recorded without an audience, there is no need for a motor pan tilt.

Editing and editing of video and audio material

The video recording of events, concerts, interviews, etc. is understandably only one side of the coin. The next step after video recording is video cutting or video editing. The audio tracks or soundtracks must be viewed and adjusted when the video material is edited. During editing, the video is completed with logos, blurbs and, if necessary, other video, image and text material. You can also submit existing image, text, video and audio material. If, for example, the audio tracks of a concert recording are to be mastered, we can do this or you can supply it as a file.

Small series of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs

Naumburg Video- und Multimedia-Produktion offers small batch manufacturing of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs. CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs offer particular advantages over other storage media, and not just for archiving. USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives have a limited shelf life. Electronic components are the common cause of data loss from hard drives, USB sticks and memory cards. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not have these. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs are the best choice for selling, giving away or archiving music and videos as a keepsake.
