Bastian Harper - music video: Love to...


This work was produced many, many winters ago. This is a music video for the song Love to dance by artist Bastian Harper (then The Submission). Dancing was the basic idea. The implementation took place with a lot of spontaneity and flexibility in a few hours in a discotheque with the dancers from The Steps. At that time there was no 4K/UHD.

Small budget vs. high demands?

These two things are usually incompatible. Naumburg Video- und Multimedia-Produktion is the exception to the rule. We use the latest generation cameras with large 1 inch image sensors that are modern. Demanding lighting conditions do not affect the excellent image quality. The cameras can be controlled remotely using the programmable motorized pan-tilts, reducing labor costs and enabling cost savings.

Naumburg Video- und Multimedia-Produktion is one of the few companies that offers multi-camera video production. For such productions we use cameras of the same type. Cameras of the same type ensure identical image quality for every image or camera setting. Professional software is used for video editing on high-performance computers, which is also used by TV stations worldwide. Naumburg Video- und Multimedia-Produktion already offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.
Video production of theater performances, concerts, readings and more

For the video recording of concerts, theater performances, readings, etc., we consistently use the multi-camera method. The multi-camera recording makes it possible to capture the many areas of the event from different perspectives in the picture. Remote controlled cameras are used. The cameras are controlled in a variety of ways from just one central point. This reduces manpower and costs because a single person can control multiple cameras.
TV and video reports for radio, streaming and the internet

A wealth of experience has grown from many years as a video journalist. This resulted in several hundred TV reports and video reports. The topics were as varied as the places reported on. These included current news and information, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball, social events and much more. We are able to research for you in all conceivable areas and to produce video contributions and TV reports.

Depending on the assignment, several cameras are also used for interviews, discussion events and roundtables. If the questioner is not to be shown in the picture in interviews with only one person, two cameras are sometimes completely sufficient. Of course, we rely on the multi-camera method insofar as it is an interview and conversation situation with several people. Remotely controllable cameras would be used if it is an event with an audience. If interviews, conversations or discussion rounds are recorded without an audience, there is no need for a motor pan tilt.
Video editing, video adjustment, audio editing

Of course, just recording concerts, events, interviews and discussions etc. is not enough. A video production cannot be completed without video editing. During the video editing, the soundtracks and audio tracks are viewed, adjusted and mixed at the same time. A complete video production includes the creation and integration of logos, blurbs and, if necessary, additional image, text and video material. You can also submit existing image, text, video and audio material. If, for example, the audio tracks of a concert recording are to be mastered, we can do this or you can supply it as a file.
Small batch manufacture of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs

We can offer you the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs in small series. When it comes to archiving audio, video and data, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer clear advantages. The shelf life of USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives is limited. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs lack electronic components. Thus, these potential weak points and causes for data loss are missing. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs are the best choice for selling, giving away or archiving music and videos as a keepsake.
